Biography
Amir Hadjhamou is a Consultant in Prosthodontics and Dental Implants. He has obtained his Post-doctoral degrees from Université Claude Bernard Lyon I where he was also appointed as a Lecturer in addition to his clinical duties in the Oral Maxillofacial Department and Prosthodontics Department at Hotel-Dieu Hospital, Lyon, France. In the UAE, he has been practicing as a Senior Clinical Supervisor in Prosthodontics at the University of Sharjah, College of Dental Medicine, for the last nine years and holds two private practices dedicated to aesthetic rejuvenation & dental implants. He is the Founding Director of the Aesthetic Dentistry and Applied Methods Course and the advanced course on Full Mouth Reconstructions and Director of the Elite Academy, an academy that provides continuous education and postdoctoral training in partnership with the University of Lyon I in France.

Biography
Dr. George Freedman is a founder and past president of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and a founder of the Canadian Academy for Esthetic Dentistry. Dr. Freedman was recently awarded the Irwin Smigel Prize in Aesthetic Dentistry presented by NYU College of Dentistry. He has been listed as one of the leaders in Continuing Education by Dentistry Today every year since 1997. He maintains a private practice limited to Esthetic Dentistry in Toronto, Canada.

Biography
Dr. Leora Walter received her prosthodontic degree from New York Hospital Queens. She completed her general practice residency at Long Island College Hospital, Lutheran Medical Center and graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with numerous honors including a National Institutes of Health Fogarty International Clinical Research Scholarship, International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Program Scholarship, Quintessence Award for Research Achievement, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry Award. Dr. Walter received her bachelor of arts degree in English from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Dr. Walter has lectured at a variety of study groups on topics relating to fixed and removable prostheses. Her current area of research is on zygomatic implants and treatment of the worn dentition. She received a scholarship through the International Center for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs where she traveled to Ethiopia teaching clinicians how to recognize oral manifestations of HIV. Dr. Walter's NIH grant brought her to Lima, Peru where she conducted head and neck cancer research. She has published her findings in both medical and dental journals.

Professor Mahmoud AL-Omiri has completed his Ph.D. in 2002 from Queen’s University Belfast, UK. He is a Professor at the University of Jordan; Senior Consultant at Jordan University Hospital; Professor, City of London Dental School, London, UK; Associate fellow at Warwick University, UK; Advisory team member of DoooX Dentistry et all, DooIT GmbH, Germany; President of the Jordanian Society of Prosthodontics; Visiting Professor at Aljouf University, KSA; and member of the executive committee of the Jordanian Council of Implantology. He has published more than 60 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editor, editorial board member, and reviewer for many scientific journals.

Biography
Dr. Kenneth B. Chance is the Dean of the School of Dental Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from Fordham University, in NYC and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Case Western Reserve University, School of Dental Medicine (CWRU). He received postgraduate training at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, General Practice Residency Program, in NYC, and the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) – New Jersey School in Endodontics. Dr. Chance remained at the UMDNJ-New Jersey School for seventeen years as a faculty member and administrator. His appointments included: Head of the Department of Endodontics, Assistant Dean for External Affairs, and University Federal Relations Advisor. He was Chief of Endodontics at the Kings County Medical Center in NYC for ten years. Dr. Chance was Director for the Health Policy Program at the Joint Center for Political and Economic Studies and the Health Policy Aide to United States Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ), both in Washington, DC. Dr. Chance served as Dean and Professor at the Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry, in Nashville, Tennessee before arriving at the University of Kentucky five years ago. He has served on major committees including the Institute of Medicine Committee on National Institutes of Health Research Priority Setting Process, Chairman of the American Dental Education Association Section on Minority Affairs, and Chairman of the Governor’s Oral Health Policy 2000 Advisory Committee for New Jersey. He was elected Member-At-Large of the Administrative Board of the Council of Deans of the American Dental Education Association in 1999.
