<p justify;\"="" style="text-align: justify;">\r\n Oral medicine also known as stomatology, dental medicine or oral and maxillofacial medicine is an interface between medicine and dentistry which is concerned with the non-surgical management and clinical diagnosis of the dental and non-dental pathologies which is affecting the mouth and lower face region of the face. Prophylaxis is a procedure performed usually for the thorough cleaning of the teeth. Antibiotic prophylaxis is used for patients in dentistry, who are at a great risk of developing endocarditis or prosthetic joint infection. The main motive is to remove/ reduce the transient bacterium caused by the invasive dental procedure.
<p justify;\"="" style="text-align: justify;">\r\n OMF medical procedure is extraordinary in requiring a twofold capacity in solution (Dental anaesthesiology) and dentistry, and is consistently seen as the augmentation among pharmaceutical and dentistry, treating conditions that require capacity from the two establishments, for instance, head and neck malignancies, salivary organ sicknesses, facial disproportion, facial anguish, temporomandibular joint issue, influenced teeth, Paediatric craniofacial and isolated medical procedure, Antibiotic prophylaxis and early dental insert frustration, rankles and tumours of the jaws and what's more different issues affecting the oral mucosa, for instance, mouth ulcers and ailments and besides assurance and organization of dento-facial disfigurements. Oral Health Congress will give an ideal stage to talk about and sharing the learning and thoughts on Dental damage. These gatherings give a perfect blend of great science, an open climate and enabling participants and speakers to effectively centre on scholastic trade of thoughts.
\r\n It may arise as a primary lesion originating in any of the tissues in the mouth, by metastasis from a distant site of origin, or by extension from a neighbouring anatomic structure, such as the nasal cavity. Alternatively, the oral cancers may originate in any of the tissues of the mouth, and may be of varied histologic types: tetratomic, adenocarcinoma derived from a major or minor salivary gland, lymphoma from tonsillar or other lymphoid tissue, or melanoma from the pigment-producing cells of the oral mucosa. There are several types of oral cancers, but around 90% are squamous cell carcinomas, originating in the tissues that line the mouth and lips.
\r\n Dentures are custom-made replacements for missing teeth and can be taken out and put back into your mouth. While dentures take some getting used to, and will never feel exactly the same as natural teeth, today's dentures are natural looking and more comfortable than ever.

\r\n Dentistry has seen massive improvements and advancements from the traditional techniques to the digital world that has widened the scope of dental treatment and procedures.
\r\n Use of robotics in dentistry is caving in with all the necessary technologies which could further be developed and could be easily adapted. Some of the technologies are already being used in dentistry such as image-based simulation of implant surgery, followed by the use of surgical guides and creating digital impressions of preparations using an intraoral scanner, after which a milling device produces the restoration.
\r\n Nanotechnology is widely used in our day to day life including its use in medicine. Using nanotechnology, it is easy to analyse and manipulate atoms, chemical bonds and molecules present between various compounds. Nanotechnology is used in the dental field as Nano dentistry. While choosing the nanoparticle for the use in the field of nano dentistry its chemical, physical, along with the biological aspect of nanostructures are taken into account. Often various atoms or molecules are added to form the functional structure. Nanostructures are used in innovations or diagnosis of dentistry. Some nanoparticles are used for oral disease preventive drugs, prostheses and for teeth implantation. Nano materials further deliver oral fluid or drugs, preventing and curing some oral disease (oral cancer) and maintain oral health care up to a high extent. This review summarizes the use of various widely used Nano particle in the field of dentistry.
<p justify;\"="" style="text-align: justify;">\r\n Dental Anaesthesia is a branch of anaesthesiology which deals with the dental surgeries. Procaine, mepivacaine etc are the anaesthetics used to induce anaesthesia in dental surgeries. The Dentist Anaesthesiologist is the sole responsible for providing sedation services to the patients. To limit the amount of patient’s discomfort experienced during procedures, The Dentist Anaesthesiologist will administer dental anaesthesia. At the same time the Dentist Anaesthesiologist will be adhering to all applicable regulations. Anaesthetics used to induce anaesthesia in dental surgeries are procaine, mepivacaine, etc. most commonly used aesthetic to achieve anaesthesia in a dental surgery is lidocaine.
\r\n It is planned to advance examination and logical research in the field of dental Implantology and partnered biomedical disciplines at Dental Dubai. It gives important data to general dental practitioners, oral specialists, prosthodontics, periodontitis, researchers, clinicians, lab proprietors and professionals, makers, and teachers amid Dentistry workshop and Dentistry meetings. Dental Implant nuts and bolts, prosthetics, pharmaceuticals, and the most recent research in Implantology, embed surgery, and propelled embed systems. The main aim of Dental event is to give voice to an outstanding program for discourse and authoritative views by leading scientists which covers the entire spectrum of research in Dental disorders and dental surgery thereby sharing the cross-cultural experiences of various treatment procedures.
\r\n\r\n Bad breath, also called halitosis, can be embarrassing. According to dental studies, about 85% of people with persistent bad breath have a dental condition. Gum diseases, dry mouth, cavities are some of the dental problems that can cause bad breath. Tooth cavities are caused by plaque which is a sticky substance that binds to teeth and is a combination of Bacteria, Virus and Food particles. The plaque sticks to the teeth and the acid in plaque can slowly erode tooth enamel which is a hard, protective coating on your teeth that protects against tooth decay.
\r\n\r\n Heal ozone is a new treatment that uses ozone as an alternative to drilling to destroy the bacteria and halt tooth decay. Heal Ozone is a device that produces ozone from oxygen and applies it to the part of the tooth that is affected by decay. The ozone acts to kill the bacteria that are causing the tooth to decay. Studies have shown that as little as ten seconds of ozone treatment can kill 99 % of oral bacteria. Once the bacteria are dead, a substance that encourages remineralisation can be used to supply minerals to the damaged tooth. This process can actually repair some of the damage that the bacteria have caused, which makes it a much more attractive option than simply drilling away the damaged regions. Sites that have significant decay will still require restoration. A white composite filling can be placed into the site to protect the tooth beneath. The size of the filling will depend on how big the original cavity was.
\r\n\r\n Normal mouth bruises are infection (Aphthous ulcers) that happens inside the mouth and not on the lips. They are not infectious and can be activated by a wide range of causes. Fever rankles or mouth blisters are caused by the Herpes simplex infection and happen on the edge of the external lips. They are infectious and will travel every which way however are not totally reparable. Mouth wounds are additionally found in oral thrush, a yeast disease of the mouth that can be found in new born children, denture wearers, individuals with diabetes, and amid growth treatment.
